Just what exactly is this?

This is an idea that sprung from our Continuing Education website (Cpethink.com) that we have been operating successfully since 2004.

It is a publishing model idea where we bring our internet marketing, technical experiences and skills and partner with others who are subject matter experts in the areas they work in.  Basically we bring the tech and marketing and they bring the content.

Letter of Intent to Partner on a Webinar Funnel

The objective, goal and agreement is for MediaMarketExperts.com (Tad Stephens and associates) and the content provider to partner and work together to build and create a webinar funnel that will lead prospects through an online sales funnel to purchase training, products or services that will be offered.  The list below of what each party will do is a general guideline, can be modified by either party verbally or in writing, is not intended to be all inclusive, and items may be added or removed as needed.  This is a letter of intent, not a contract, and all parties agree to do their best to fulfill their part of the agreement.   Birdwell or the content provider can opt out at any time.  Proceed split will be agreed up on in advance but is usually split 50%/50% less any expense between Birdwell and content provider unless a referral is involved in which case the split will be 45%/45%/10% to Birdwell, content provider, and referrer respectively.

Content Provider – What you will do

  1. Develop, create, re-purpose content to be presented in separate 1 to 2 hour training webinar(s).
  2. Work together to develop one big problem that will be resolved for attendees in a 1 hour sales webinar.
  3. Present the training webinar(s) using PowerPoint slides or other presentation tools.
  4. Present the resolution to the one big problem during the 1 hour sales webinar.
  5. Send the invitation Emails for the 1 hour sales webinar 3 or more times or as agreed upon, we will help if needed.
  6. Provide the initial list of at least 1,000 Emails to send to, can be less if list is warm
    1. We can work with social media lists as well as Email lists but we need this to see if the content will convert.
  7. Other notes:
    1. The content provider will retain all rights to their content regardless of the outcome of this project.
    2. Presentations can vary in length and number, the final content will usually be about 4 hours long.
    3. It is common for the content to already exist, the goal here is for this to be easy and fast.
    4. To start building the funnel we only need an outline of the training webinars and one big problem.
    5. Retain all rights to all materials including what MediaMarketExperts.com develops for the funnel.

MediaMarketExperts.com – What we will do

  1. Work with content provider to come up with the training webinar(s) content if needed and as time allows.
  2. Work with content provider to come up with the 1 big problem to be resolved in the 1 hour sales webinar.
  3. Present the pre sales and post sales portions of the 1 hour sales webinar.
  4. Build and manage the entire sales funnel including but not limited to:
    1. Write the invitation Email copy for the 1 hour sales webinar.
    2. Build and host the landing/opt-in/registration page for the 1 hour sales webinar.
    3. Build and host the Thank You page for the 1 hour sales webinar registration.
    4. Build and host a password protected multi-level members site for the webinar funnel content.
    5. Build a private or secret Facebook group for membership site members.
    6. Add prospects that register for the 1 hour sales webinar to a webinar system and the membership site.
    7. Maintain the registration list in an autoresponder system (Constant Contact or similar).
    8. Maintain the membership site and optionally the Facebook group.
    9. Write the copy for the 3 Email follow up sequence for prospects that register for the 1 hour sales webinar.
    10. Send 3 follow up Emails (2 days, 1 day, and 1 hour before) for the 1 hour sales webinar.
    11. Host and record the 1 hour sales webinar.
    12. Host the recording of the 1 hour sales webinar to be accessible in the membership site.
    13. Write the copy for the 3 Email sequence to be sent to prospects that registered but did not attend the 1 hour sales webinar to encourage them to watch the recording in the membership site.
    14. Send the 3 Emails (2 days, 1 day, and 1 hour before) for the training webinar(s).
    15. Build and host the sales page for the training webinar(s).
    16. Build and host the Thank You page for the training webinar(s).
    17. Write the copy for the 3 Email sequence to be sent to prospects that attend the 1 hour sales webinar but did not purchase the training webinar(s) to encourage them to purchase the training webinar(s).
    18. Send the 3 Emails (1 hour, 1 day, and 2 days after) for the training webinar(s).
    19. Host and record the training webinar(s).
    20. Host the recording of the training webinar(s) to be accessible in the membership site.
    21. Allow access to the recorded training webinar(s) content for members that paid for the training webinar(s).

How much does this cost me or what do I have to pay you?
$0, we just need your content in a format that lends itself to an online delivery, usually in a 4 to 5 hours course over 4 to 5 webinars. We just need your content so it only costs you your time to get the content into that format.
What is your refund policy?
🙂 there is no cost so there are no refunds.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, when we get the upgraded packages figured out and implemented. Until then we have partners that can help you develop your content if you do not have it done. Questions about that or anything else please let us know.
I don't know how to do webinars, will you help?
Absolutely, that is part of what we do and have done for hears. Piece of cake even if you have never done a webinar before.
Are there any additional costs?
Only your time and anything else you come up with. But you really don’t need anything else, we do all the rest.
